For quantity purchases of the 2011 White House Christmas ornament, the association offers two discount prices when you purchase 25 to 99 ornaments, or 100 or more 2011 ornaments. If you would like to purchase 25 to 99 of the 2011 ornament, the price will be $16.25 each. If you would like to purchase 100 or more of the 2011 ornament, the price will be $14.50 each. The association’s retail price of the 2011 ornament is $17.95 each. There is no quantity discount pricing for prior year ornaments.
You may purchase your ornaments from this website, or call the association’s merchandise order number at 1-800-555-2451. If you are calling from outside the United States and Canada, please call 410-553-2813. If you would like to pick up an order of 100 or more 2011 ornaments, please call 301-636-6605 to arrange for a pick up date and time at the association’s fulfillment center located in Largo, Maryland. The Association’s three Washington D.C. gift shops - White House Historical Association @ 740 Jackson Place, NW (near Farragut West Metro), The Decatur House on Lafayette Square @ 1610 H Street, NW, and in the White House Visitor Center @ 1450 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW - offer the $16.25 discount price on purchases of 25 or more 2011 ornaments.
The association is required to collect the D.C. 6% sales tax at our D.C. gift shop locations, and the Maryland 6% sales tax at the association’s fulfillment center in Largo, Maryland. If your purchase is tax exempt, you will be required to present a sales tax exemption for D.C. or the State of Maryland.

The Association does not charge for standard shipping within the United States, Canada, and around the world (merchandise shipped by the US Postal Service). For Next Day or Express delivery please call 1-800-555-2451. There will be a charge for express service. For standard shipping, merchandise is shipped within 3 days after receiving your order.
Visit the White House Museum Shops: Located at 740 Jackson Place, N.W. , at The Decatur House on Lafayette Square at 1610 H Street, NW (both shops near the Farragut West Metro station, 17th Street exit), and in the White House Visitor Center at 1450 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W. in Washington, D.C. Store hours are from Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at our Jackson Place location (closed on holidays), Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at our Decatur House location (closed holidays), and 7:30 a.m. to 4p.m. 7 days a week at our Visitor Center location (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.)

With a Receipt: The merchandise must be in salable condition. You receive as a gift the same merchandise you purchased. Damaged merchandise can only be exchanged for a replacement. This policy applies to all mail orders, web site orders, and over-the-counter sales.
